This is an update of my prior post.

I have not yet been paid by East West Abstract, LLC, however I am not yet alarmed.

I sent them my work on 07/15/2010.

I just checked the Register of Deeds Office and documents were recorded 07/20/2010, just two days ago.

No check for me yet, but I found a check from another deal I had completely forgotten about in my PO Box. Oh joy! Oh joy!

I'll keep you and everbody else who is following this thread posted.
