-Direct vendors only

-Must have 3+ years experience in the Title Search Arena of California, including current owner, two-owner, foreclosure, full search

-1 Million/1 Million E&O

-W9

-Must have the ability to check for judgments, liens, foreclosures, bankruptcy, estates, divorces, etc, and if need be acquire them, even if by remote means

-Must be able to deliver client-ready product to us for delivery to the client.

-Current Owner Turn Time: 24 hours.

-This client would want really clean product and/or service, thus we would require it too.
