I'll be requesting documents on a regular basis. I'll have the date and the document numbers. 

There are 2 options: i can pay for monthly access to the title documents and pull them myself or I can send in the requests and have them emailed to me.

If this is something that you can do, please contact me and let me know what the fee would be.
