So, we have a client -- a title company -- who sends us the entire purchase agreement and calls it the order. This morning, there was a copy of a personal check - completed and endorsed - as part of that package. Personally, I think this is lazy and unethical. Can't refuse the orders -- too good a client.
Anyone have a statute I can quote? Something with legalese that can get them to understand a lot of what's on those PA should NOT be sent out to the abstracting world?
