I agree with Scott on this issue. I do not charge for the current deed or the first couple of pages of the mortgage, but when someone wants copies of all the easements or all copies of the mortgage, then I will up charge the copy costs, usually 1 1/2 to 2 times the cost. After all it does cost something te either fax or mail the extra copies.
