I think it is interesting that the vendor says preparing assignments to complete the chain of title for a foreclosure is "the new trend in the industry." 

Would it not be more accurate to say that the standards of performanc in preparing and recording assignments have not been met, and they are therefor "repairing the industry standard as to broken links in the chain of title?"
