You are not interpreting the statute, in this case. You are merely claiming that because you are a taxpayer, you don't have to follow the law. Clearly, that is absurd. First, you don't pay taxes in Arizona (do you?). I guess, by your logic, you could add "theft" to your list of crimes - you are stealing from the taxpayers of Arizona.
You really need to study your constitutional history a bit more. In 1787, George Washington wrote that "individuals entering into society must give up a share of liberty to preserve the rest." It is the price we pay to live in an orderly, democratic society. The Constitution was not written to preserve all rights of the People, but to give up some of those rights so that the government would have the authority to govern all.
If by "love of the state" you mean that I recognize the authority of the state to legislate, then yes - I agree with George Washington that we gave up some of our rights when we created the Republic of the United States.
