I don't believe he ever actually said he was a title company ...  his company says "title services" (just as my company says "title research").  If you'll notice, he advertises here on Source of Title in the same areas as ABSTRACTORS and that is what he does: vendor management of abstractors.  Although apparently he doesn't take actually PAYING the vendors as priority.  I have contracted with a Lexington attorney (one who is actually still paying his Bar dues) who will be filing suit this week.  I recommend that everyone do the same.
