information with our search requests".

"...please advise if you are able to discount your search fees".

Anyone else do the search w/o tax info, and how much if any do you

reduce your fee?    Also, wouldn't it be wise to require them to sign

an agreement admendment stating that they do not expect (require)

tax info as part of my report, and holding me harmless and agreeing to

cover any of my costs if a claim over taxes arises in the future from such

searches ?
