The comment "changed names over the years" may raise a flag with some on

this site, as you can determine from the fact that some have cited examples

of being "shafted" by those who didn't pay their bills to abstractors and then

somehow came back with a CHANGED NAME.   Who owns the company now?

I'm sure you know, as Robert could explain, the RA is only the person upon

whom process of service is to be done, not who may be responsible for paying

any judgments won against the company.
