I've had this company calling about work as well. We chose not to take them on because they had a lot of requirements that myself, as well as other companies I know, have never put on title work. Plus the whole "full copies for a flat fee thing", didn't sit too well with me either. All in all, I kept getting the feeling that it was going to be more work than it was worth.
