Since Cliff's and my original post was 4-1/2 years ago, apparently this is standard procedure for them. I note that in our automated system we have them on "credit hold" so apparently they never paid us, either.
According to the Ohio Sec. of State, they are still in business, registered as

Matthew Snipes is listed as sole member as of an amendment to their articles last July. Susan Connor is no longer a member.
Since they are in Ohio, ask Robert which lawyer he recommends for collections. Using a local attorney is the only way to get anywhere, I've found. Do not take this lying down.
Also, Nathan, you should post a review against their name in the directory. They are listed under Ohio, Franklin County here on SOT.
