IT should make EVERYONE furious that WE PAID and still pay the taxes that maintain land records and the clerk's office doesn't do ANYTHING to protect land records from hordes of invaders out to destroy the Title Industry.

and ALTA has a monopoly with the insurers that we can't get insurance unless we pay them every year.

Title companies set off offshore don't pay taxes to maintain our state's Land records nor are they genuinely liable for errors and omissions.

Why even use offshore companies if they aren't really liable for their work. 

you get what you pay for.
