Steve, as I've read your posts, I'm not sure you CAN help us.  What I think you want is for me to send you our report form and you will computerize it.  That isn't what I need.  Here is our problem.  I HAVE a database where we log all orders, the client, the due date, the property, who it was assigned to and where we log the eventual invoice amount with that due date.  This is in Excel 2003.  Then we have a database where we enter all the report info and print a computerized report to send to clients.  We have a separate form/database to create the invoices.  these two forms are in FormDocs.  All my info is logged, scanned and searchable.  The problem we have is that I want a software PROGRAM.  So that I click on ONE icon, enter the order, assign it a number, etc.  Then when it is time to enter the search info, I click on the SAME icon, choose the order number and the report form will open to be completed, then when it is complete and saved, I can click "create invoice" from the same program and open the invoice form which already has the order number  and client info (which it pulled from the order info) and such pre-filled.  Right now, I have to re-enter alot of info onto separate forms.  My wish list also includes being able to click on a client's email from within the program and have my email program open and immediately upon opening the abstracting program it will tell me what searches are due that day so we can check on them.
