I agree with Melissa. The National Assoc of Land Title examiners and abstractors (NALTEA)  has spent a lot of time developing a study manual that is quite comprehensive. Give it a try at www.naltea.org  They have also developed a Train the Trainer session as to how to teach adults to learn and maintain info.
