Nationwide Real Estate Services, Inc. is located in Syracuse, NY.  I only know that because just today I received an application to do business with them.  It is the first I've heard of them, so I have no idea how they are to work with.  I was wondering the same things, regarding how quickly they pay, or how they are to work with.
