It was a "rumor" being spread by a Realtor ( according to the post:) that there was a new law- I believe this was a new law only in the Realtors mind-

I do think this Realtor was just trying to spook the abstractors- what possible experience would they bring to title examination anywhere and any county, none- they would be worse than an "indian title"- which we all now is almost as bad as it can get-ask 1st Indian title- they know now- just don't want to admit the gross blunder they ran into, along with alot of their agents.
