I always charge $10 for a document if it didn't go on. When I have to record something, I have to wait on line in Real Property to have it verified, then wait on line in the Recording Office, finally get to the window & then have it rejected? I'm not wasting an hour of my time & not be compensated for it. Maybe they'll learn to get it right before rushing the problem off their desk & into someone else's hands.
