???? here was that the check amount was correct, but made payable to

the incorrect county.  I did ask them to send a correct legal and a new check

as some (above) have suggested, but after over 2 weeks, they demanded

the incorrect doc be sent back UPS overnight (on their acct. #), but allowing

nothing for my effort.
