I received my current year quote from State Farm for my E & O and it was quite a bit higher this year also.  I had received a notice from them that told me the increase was because they had rated me at a lower rate for the last two years so they would be increasing my rate this year to the proper amount.  I also received a quote from TitlePac, Inc and it was lower.  I am considering using them also.  Their website shows they have been in business since 1972 so they seem to be a stable company.  Hope this works out.  I have not had any claims since I have been in business for the past 8 years.
