She'll just say whatever Cliff tells her to say.  Don't bother.  Do what I'm in the middle of doing:  Hire a LEXINGTON collections lawyer to go after them.  someone local will be able to drop in (and will) to demand payment.  This worked for me -- at least in part -- here in Michigan.
