Careful there, Rob.  Looking through the posts on your number one listed above, I dis not see any accusation that the company does not pay its bills.  In fact, the only posters who state they have worked with the company say they have been paid for their work.

Just saying, you can't rate the companies on your site based on the number of postings and most recent submissions alone.  Some, or even all of the posts about that company may be positive or in defence of the company in question.
