First American is one of the worst "outsourcing' offenders there is- they get their titles from India, and recommend their agents to do the same--all as part of the doing away with local abstractors and getting the second rate title for the second rate fee , also.
I say boycott them- let them continue to get there junk from India and suffer the claims like they should, as a bonus for cheating the American abstractor out of a job, a business and life long ambition.
