We have been with MyFax for a while now and they have been spectacular. When it comes to something as important as our faxes, I don't shop for the cheapest provider - I look for the best service. I had a problem with our previous fax service (can't recall who that was now) and I needed to get switched fast. MyFax had a great customer service department and took care of everything very quickly. And, they saved us about $20/mo over the previous carrier.

I don't know what their per page charges are, but they have decently priced plans and we never go over the allotted pages in our plan. I have been happy with MyFax.
