Hey,

NO hard feelings taken at all!!! I want someone to tell me the absolute TRUTH and not just what they  think I wanna hear! I appreciate your advice and will do just what you suggested as far as calling title companies and seeing whose hiring and what the stipulations would be. I've looked at some training programs online, but I also know I need the hands-on experience. Thx!
