I came very close to saying that if I have to come back and make a second trip I was going to charge twice..and there were 2 recording orders that had to be recorded together...guess it would have been "double the pleasure..double the fun." But I did it also as a professional curtesy to them as well, and your right, "we get no respect" in the response I got from the bookkeeper about getting paid  for advanced fees before 35-40 days. How dare I ask for that! Believe me it won't happen again..I'll just mail it back and not do anything with the documents. (Not Fed Ex but snail mail!) Don't think their client would like that!
