I use the web-site almost all the time so they know exactly what is the status of the order in question...but my issue is that they still fax over a status request and that has already been addressed on the website! Talk about beating a dead horse..kinda like harassment to get the order done. I could probably get the order done faster, but I have to answer the status fax. They need to pick one or the other.. using both is overkill and annoying.
