American Residential Abstracts DOES pay.  They pay just like Jessica said.  And the one time I ever THOUGHT I had a payment issue, Jessica contacted me immediately and set it straight (turned out to be my own bookkeeping mistake, if I remember correctly).  We have a LOT of clients who owe us - some small, some big - most have disappeared or closed their doors.  There are clients out there that I am iffy about doing work for b/c there are signs there may, possibly be just an inkling of trouble ahead. 

I can say without hesitation "Jessica - we miss you guys - please send more work!"  :-)
