Dan, How did you send the order back to them??? Did you properly
check them out before agreeing to do the work???
I'd have contact and business references before doing anybody's
work to prevent this problem, or the other choice open to anyone is
to require "prepayment". Sloppy business practices to make a
client "happy" can usually come back to "bite you in the *ss".
