Does anyone have any info on Junior Bane and/or Accurate Title Research?  I received an email request for document copies at 4:00 A.M. sunday (red flag !) I always delete these requests without responding.  Just for curiosity's sake, ( and I may have been a little bored and wanted to see what he would say) I requested more info and received this email:

"My company name is ACCURATE TITLE RESEARCH, LOCATED IN NEW YORK. 27 birch street central islip NY 11722.  I am an abstractor of new york and it's difficult to retrieve DOCUMENTS from VA. My billing procedure if you can provide me with these copies by fax or email with your invoice and the cost of your service, we will paid you at the end of the that MONTH. Again the purpose of this request is my location and my turn around time, i'm looking forward in working with you into the near future. The clerk office of chesterfield will provide me with LAND RECORDS but the problem is getting the actual copy of the document.   THANK YOU VERY MUCH" 
 

I have been getting more and more of these unsolicited requests lately.  I will not be providing "Junior" with copies.
