Thank you for pointing that out, George.  I did get the message that the LLC was fraudulent, and I should have probably said "fraudulent LLC" instead of simply "LLC".  Duly noted..  Whether the people above the abstractor should "be joined" in the lawsuit as defendents was the point of my response.  The title agent, not the abstractor, is responsible for determining whether the conveying entity is doing so legitimately.
