Hi Phyllis,  I have been doing work for First American for 15 years, here in NH.  Although the report form is a little much, First American has been good to work for.  I haven't lost any searches to India that I know of.  When I emailed Tonia Kelley in vendor management she is always quick to respond.  They pay quickly and faithfully.  Sorry to read others are not having the same experience.
