They were a title company that had over 20 branches in one building (341 N. Sciene Park Dr.  State College, PA) and have apparently shut down. I received 2 past due invoices with a label "Moved, left no address, unable to forward" and the phone/fax is disconnected. Owner was Chad Dubin.
