Thanks very much. This is my  fee"problem".  I do not feel comfortable without at least 2 good W.D's, I do not rely on prior policies and I map out of all acreage. The companies require complete copies of all documents within the search time frame. I am requesting an INCREASE in my fees to $60.00 but am being told this is too high. I should say I do not include current tax info. only the assessed legal. I feel even with this increase I am not getting what I deserve but I also know that there is always someone else willing to work for less.
