The repair crew was just here.  They were able to re-hang the line without taking our service down again.  After serveying the line, they showed me where the garbage truck hit it... probably tried to drive out of the lot without fully lowering their lift forks.  I thought it was odd that our lines just "fell on the truck."  Fortunately, these guys rehung the line on the pole end to - raising the cables a little higher so this won't happen again (I hope).
