I'm just wondering, Why don't you just require payment in full up front paid via paypal or overnight check and THEN start working on their orders? Come to think about it, why don't you do that for ALL new clients the first few times you work with them instead of (possibly) getting rooked? This method has been great for us and if they do not like the terms, think of it as dodging a bullet and move on.
