In the current market situation everyone needs orders on time else you will lose the business and I hope you understand the current situation of the market.

 As far as mailing address on vendor agreement stands, please check the vendor agreement you have signed with us and it has all the information. I tried to paste the screen shot here but it is not taking.

 Just because it did not work on that order does not mean we are not a legal company, if you have so much of doubt its my humble request to do  the background verification as we do before signing with any company, please.
