For those owed money by gdocs (now out of business ???)

I received the following via e-mail from Stephanie:

G-DOCS CLOSED DOWN (FILING A FORM OF BK)AS MY BUSINESSPARTNER BAILED ON ME
AND WE HAD A CLIENT FILE BK OWING US 43k, SO THE BUSINESS CLOSED.

YES BY LAW I DON'T HAVE TO BUT PERSONAL INTEGRITY I WILL PAY THOSE DEBTS,
BUT ON MY TERMS. I PAY MY COMPANY BILLS ON TIME AND ALLOCATE A PERCENTAGE TO
HANDLE THE PREVIOUS DEBT. PAYING THE OLDEST BILL FIRST MOVING FORWARD, AS I
HAVE THE MONEY.   -----------

If a person / firm reaffirms ANY DEBTS listed in a BK matrix, don't they have to

be equal in paying back all whom they BK'd or isn't it a violation????

Those owed money by anyone who has BK'd them should follow up to

make sure they are being treated fairly.
