Leigh,   When an abstractor does a service for you, most do not (or should not)

expect to have to WAIT for your funds to roll in before paying us.  We do the work

for you and have every right to expect prompt  and full payment from you for

the work, not the excuse you are using.   If you are that under-capitalized, you

should consider getting out of the business soon.  What if the other firm

NEVER pays you or files BK,  does that mean by your thinking that we should

not get paid.  Get real in paying or get out.
