Hi Norean!  Hope things are going well for you!  Haven't heard about a lawsuit and haven't heard back from them other than my reply would be fwd'd to the owners.  Haven't rec'd any work either.  Also it is my understanding that in house abstractors have been hired anyway to cover most metro counties.  In any case, I'm not going to cover any company u/my insurance and no one I've asked will either.
