Source of Title Forums: Re: AccuData Search.The Real Story..As I Knew It

The rules may be different in other states, but in Ohio you cannot represent another in a legal matter - only yourself. A limited liability company is a separate legal entity and must be represented by an attorney. The owner cannot do it.
