Has anyone had any dealings with ESS Solutions, LLC?  A foreign gentleman called me and wanted to know if I did tax certifications and would I do them for less than what I charged, I told him no, that I would be making a whopping $5.00 per tax cert, which would not even cover the gas it would take me to pick up the tax cert at the courthouse.  Sounds a little shaky already if you ask me...  Thank you.
