While it "may not stand in court", how much are you willing
to shell out to battle THE MAN in proving it? THE MAN
has unlimited resources (public tax $$$) to try to send you
to jail. A guy here in Michigan spent years and hundreds of
thousands of $$ in winning a reversal of a conviction at the
U. S. Supreme Court level, only to have the (dumb) justices
tell THE MAN to retry him, but they could not tell THE MAN
which law to use for the retrial effort.
You can't beat THE MAN.
