I am in IL and have done work in IN.

I will see what I can find out regarding this crook. Maybe they have a Public Posting Board within the courthouses of the counties he is working.

P. S. - IL has a Disciplinary Commission through the ISBA (IL State Bar Association); Maybe I can find the same for IN.
