Did you ever get paid?? I am currently in the process of starting litigation against Cornerstone. They racked up $20K in 2 months in early 2009 and they haven't paid. This was after several experiences like those posted before, where I finally got paid after a few conversations/e-mails with Cliff. I had to finally cut them off this month when he broke his 2nd promise to me to pay. This pains me because I have a 3-year history with this company. They were always great payers up until January of this year. Cliff worked with me a lot up until August, which is when I received my last payment. I made several attempts to get him to pay SOMETHING on the account, and he used to respond, but now he broke 2 promises and is no longer responding to me---super red flag! Due to the amount of the debt, I am skipping collections and going straight for litigation. I received a request from a sister company 2 days after cutting off orders due to non-payment which makes me very afraid that they are working on re-organizing and dumping my debt into the abyss that is created when a business is allowed to get out of paying debts by dissolving the company and re-organizing scott-free under a new name!!! Arrrrrrrrggggggggh!
