I got official papers from the United States Bankruptcy Court yesterday regarding Lenders First Choice.  We all knew it was coming but I don't think anybody has mentioned actually getting papers. 

It shows they are filing Chapter 11 and that a Meeting of Creditors will be Nov. 25th In Denver, Co. There was a Proof of Claim  form included but it says that the deadline to file a claim will be sent at a later time.

I'm not sure why I got a notice because they don't owe me anything.  The last searches I did for them were in July and they are current with me.  But, I know a lot of people did get left with large amounts owed.

If anybody is owed by LFC and you don't get a notice, just email me and I will give you all the contact information that the Bankruptcy Court sent me.
