In case some of you don't know it, Mid-Atlantic Title in Charlotte, NC closed it's doors Friday.  We have always had trouble with them with late payment and at their closing they owed us a large amount of money dating back to June. Because in the past they have got current with their account after some prodding, we continued to do work for them. They made numerous empty promisses of payment but in the end, we got shafted. So Don Strickland thinks. Earlier last week he sent a message through a flunkie that we would have a check on Friday. Let's see.......yep thats the day they closed their doors. Don, if you are reading this, know that we sued you in Mecklenburg County Court yesterday. You don't know it yet but you will be served soon.
