[-] modification companies - michael quinn/NY (5 replies)

There seems to be a lot of mortgage modification companies opening up in new york and I was wondering if any one deals with these companies. They charge about 1% which many say are non-refundable. Since titles are slow I was going to supplement my income working with one of these companies but I don't want to be scamming anyone. Thanks in advance for any input.
