The cut-rate abstractors are still out there. Carpetbaggers if you will. I contacted a client of ours that we haven't gotten work from in a while. What I was told, blew me away. They were using an abstractor in Florida that was doing their searches for $16.00. Can you freakin' believe this???

Why is the only question I can think of. Why would you do work that cheap? What kind of volume do you have to do to make any money? This makes me so mad, I would love to find out who this is and give them a good "talking" to. LOL. Anyone have an opinion on this?
