This company or whatever they are have a great way of ignoring us when it's time for answers. We have done some abstracting for them. They sent us a check and it was fine back in May.

We later did more work for them and had it back to them within 24hours. We did finally recieve a check for half of the work. We deposited the check. We then recieved a stop payment on the check. This means we are out of the money in the check and a fee from our bank.

My office manager called the number on there order form and the first two time the man put her on hold for 20 minutes. He then came back and said someone would return my call and then he hung up without writing down our number. That was three weeks ago and every since then. No one answers that number, EVER. It always goes to voice mail and nobody returns the call.

In the past 3 weeks we have researched this company. We have found many different phone numbers for them and no one could help or they said I had the wrong number.

Through this site I read about Shalini Gupta & Associates, PA. They are the registerd agent for Infinity. So I called them and spoke with Rajiv Mahajan. I was told by Rajiv that our check was one of 100 that were sent out twice through computer error so they cancelled them all.(not sure how that happens with a hand written check).He assured me that he knew what the problem was and would have someone fix it asap. That was a week ago.

He did send me a carbon copy of my email going to an Ajay and Anita at Infinity title info and Infinity Data mail(other names they go by). I then sent them both a seperate email about this situation and still no word.

I am woundering what I can do about this. It has takin up alot of our time and energy. Please if anyone knows about this company let us know.
